This deck has worked quite well so far. 

Use Feraligatr's ability to damage yourself and then do massive damage. Use Munkidori's ability to remove damage counter from Feraligatr. Use Energy Switch for Munkidori to more consistently use its ability or /and on Feraligatr or Palkia to easier make sure you have enough energy.

Greninja helps with drawin cards and Origin Palkia as a heavy hitter and energy acceleration.

If you want to play this as a 1 prize deck then this deck can be played without Palkia too. I'd recommend adding 1 more each of Totodile and Feraligatr, 1 more exp. share and a Neo Upper Energy to more consistantly make sure you have energies attached to Feraligatr
