If you have, that Pokémon that has the Festival Lead Ability may attack twice, and even attack again if the first attack Knock Out your opponent's Active Pokémon. Dipplin can even deal 360 damage, but you'll need preparing. Dipplin's Do The Wave attack does 20 damage for each of your Benched Pokémon, so to deal big damage, you'll need your Bench full.

The Pokémon Tools can deal more damage, like Vitality Band, Choice Belt, Defiance Band and the ACE SPEC Maximum Belt. Thwackey also has an Boom Boom Groove Ability that only works if your Active Pokémon has the Festival Lead Ability. If he have, you may search on your deck for a card and put it into your hand and shuffle your deck. Goldeen in some cases can discard 2 Energies from your opponent's Active Pokémon. And for last, Bloodmoon Ursaluna is only for other cases. It attack deals 240 damage but it costs 5 Colorless Energies ( and don't let you attack during your net turn ), but with his Seasoned Skill Ability, it costs 1 Colorless Energy less for each Prize Card your opponent has taken. So if your opponent has 1 Prize Card remaining, Bloodmoon Ursaluna can deal 240 damage with no Energy needing.

increase your bench through Area Zero Underdepths and a Tera pokémon to increase the do the wave attack's damage

Lewis chai But with Festival Grounds in play you can deal way more damage, since you can attack twice. That's how Dipplin works, by it's Festival Lead Ability, which only works if Festival Grounds is in play.

I will try and do some research amd I will see if there is any other way to increase bench space

unfortunately, I don't think there is any but hopefully there will be something in the new sets in the future
