Try adding Hawlucha to spread more damage counters faster. This deck also is hard countered by Zard. You also have the wrong Garganacl. If you use the one from Paradox Rift, you can accelerate energy. Healing doesn't matter in the format. A Ting-Lu deck is always fun to see, though.
switches are real helpful, cuz their retreat costs are very huge
