My first attempt at pokemon deck building using my limited knowledge with a small bit of assistance with other decklists and videos. The idea is to use ceruledge to face EXs and Vs with a Xatu core for card draw and energy. The original plan was to use Golurk V single strike to handle pokemon like tera charizard EX and other evolution pokemon but to conform to the standard rule set I've thrown in 1 copy of TM Devolution and have the espathra and farigiraf. The trainer cards are mainly from other decks with a similar archetype and tried to get a decent spread/mix. it probably needs a lot of revision and changes but I think it is a decent first attempt
