Electric Generator can only attach Lightning Energy to Lightning Pokemon, of which there are none of either so it is a dead card in this

Counter Catcher (Paradox Rift)  is probably a better choice then Pokémon Catcher. Also why Dangerous Laser? Prime Catcher (Temporal Forces) is a better choice I think.
