Deck Primer

How To: Set up early to avoid ability lock. Ways to retrieve energy from the discard include magma basin, training court, klara, and raihan. Sonia is good early game to get all energy in hand or discard. Piers can grab crobat, moltres v, or aurora energy which can discard a different energy to combo with moltres or magma basin etc., This deck will improve with the release of sarkling holucha

Turn one: Choose to go First.

Tips: Switch your stadium to get use out of both in the mid/late

Turn one: Choose to go First.

Tips: Switch your stadium to get use out of both in the mid/late game. Being mono stadium would not allow you to have that flexibility.

Strengths: energy acceleration, hits big numbers while not giving up 3 prizes, versatile.

Weaknesses: ability lock, No clearly defined win condition, early boss's orders, switch lock

Flex cards/replaceable cards:

Reasoning for certain cards: Multiple stadiums (magma basin & training court) to bump path to the peak against ice rider but not too many training courts to where they also benifit, avery for the mew vmax, inteleon engine in suicune & ice rider etc. Less lightning energy because it can't be accelerated turn one. Darkness energy gets the most because it needs two on moltres v and also requires energy switch to accelerate to reshiram.

Cards considered: ordinary rod, raihan, escape rope, Leon, yveltal from celebrations (for meloetta in mew vmax decks early & rapid strike urshifu early), battle VIP pass, eldegoss v, pal pad, Cynthia's ambition, milo, ninetales V, mew, Sableye V, Empoleon to combo with peony, switch, zinnea's resolve, avery, Suicune V (would need to add more aurora energy)

Why Not these Cards?: Eldegoss (bench space & early game consistency), battle VIP pass (too much space),
