Having a retreat cost of one is good as is, but Float Stone, Switch, and Beach Court all make sure that you're able to get Jynx ex out easily to use its Heart-Stopping Kiss attack to knock out your opponent's active Pokemon with no downsides! Boss's Orders ensure thet you get a higher-value KO, and Life Dew makes prize trades less punishing.
