Introducing "Fossil Box", a deck archetype I assume has been built before but one that I would love to refine and see more support for in comming sets!

Introducing "Fossil Box", a deck archetype I assume has been built before but one that I would love to refine and see more support for in comming sets!

I have slowly fallen in love with the concept of single prize decks in this wild meta of huge double prize threats and I thought some cool fossil pokemon + fossil reccursion would be a cool concept! This deck focuses on getting your fossils on board and evolved fast, making for some early damage/prizes thanks to low energy costs across the board with some nasty 2HKO potential comming from a lot of these pokemon. Honorable mention to the relatively new Temporal Forces Relicanth for its super neat ability, though it isnt the most practical considering some of the final stage fossil pokemon have fantastic attacks on their own, but makes for decent support in funky spots or to really catch your opponents off guard. Finally we have a small line of Armaldo's to clean up the board use Reaping Claw on anything left over that could have been/should have been chunked out previously in match.

Personally I have found this list to be semi reliable but I am unsure as to how this deck could improve. I fear loss of fossil impact if I remove too many of the unidentified/helix/dome fossils in favor of more supportive trainer cards. I definitely overcompensated for that fear I think and I am stumped on how to fix it, oops..

Reuniclus (Temporal Forces) summoning gate or Hypno (Silver Tempest) could also be used as single prize setup instead of Omastar V (Silver Tempest) I also like Aerodactyl (151) a lot when it comes to fossils as it pretty much knocks out any evolution pokemon in one hit. 

Not a huge fan of Boxed Order (Temporal Forces)  would rather suggest more Irida (Astral Radiance) which gives you an item(fossil possibly) and one of your 7 water pokemon currently.

I also feel like Judge (Paldean Fates) combos well with the rampardos who is like your main single prize attacker

grandmagusta5258 Thank you for the suggestions! I dropped the Boxed Order's for an extra Irida and a Judge like you suggested and the deck defintely felt a bit better! Still unsure as to what I should drop for cards like the Reuniclus or Hypno you suggested, but I will try some variations and create an updated version soon! I as well picked up the Aerodactyl you recommended to test, so I am looking forward to that! 

Hoping to lock in this list and build it in paper to attend some locals soon!
