Deck Primer

This is my very first deck that I have built 

The goal is to setup and posion as fast as possible since no energies should be needed. I attempt too get as many gengars on the bench to add damage from each energy places. Overquil is the primary use allowing 7 damage counters a turn with the stadium on the bored. Only apply energies to the gengars since that really the only card that will need the energies.

I been editing the deck for a while now. Its still not perfect just do to not have a good card rotation or no re-shuffles hints for why there is a pidgeot ex for a quick card snag. Please try the deck out and lmk what would you change to make it better. 

I really do believe this can be an amazing deck if there so minor touches added. Please help.

Radiant Hisuian Sneasler (Lost Origin) could be a decent addition increasing the poison tick damage while also not caring if the opponent is using dark pokemon or not for it. Also if you run Arven (Paldean Fates) maybe a tool card that helps you setup faster like Technical Machine: Evolution (Paradox Rift) or Technical Machine: Turbo Energize (Paradox Rift) could be a useful addition.

I would probably cute the Hisuian Sneasler V (Astral Radiance) (partly because I don't have any) and partly because their use is kinda limited if you poison you want the Hisuian Overqwil (Astral Radiance) to do it and their other attack is also kinda underwhelming for this deck in particular. Most likely put the Radiant Hisuian Sneasler (Lost Origin) and a Technical Machine: Evolution (Paradox Rift) in for that not sure yet what else I would cut for my suggestions, would most likely need to do some test runs with it to figure out what else is kinda underperforming.

To add to what GrandmaGusta said, it may be worth adding another Pidgeot ex, since prizing that could end up being rough as you lose your main search element.
