Meanwhile, power up Froslass ex with manual attachments, Raihan, and the Froslass from Chilling Reign, preparing it to use its Frost Bullet attack, which does 140 damage and then puts 20 damage on 1 of your opponent’s Benched Pokémon.

Neat, I think going tanky and annoying is definitely the better bet for Frosslass Ex. Not sure how vital the current staidums are to your set up, but may be worth considering running Lake Acuity to give even more tankiness to anything with water energy on it (namely your Frosslass).
