Hyper consistent deck thanks to the Thwackey engine. Froslass or Tirtouga in the active (Tirtouga is for the late game for obvious reasons) retreat via air baloon into goldeen. You search for everything you need then surfing beach back into your attacker. If played correctly your only problem each turn should be what do I take with Thwackey, never how do I get it. Lt. Surge for the moment is handy sometimes when you want to speed up the prize race, legacy negates your downside. Special Red card
