i love this concept! maybe add pc search and a vs seeker since ur working in expanded anyway, also maybe like one special charge for consistency. blastoise also maybe a bit unnecessary cuz of frosmoth and guzma
If you're working in expanded I think you should try to use more broken expanded cards. Maybe try to get it just like how articuno rapid freeze stall works in standard. Use radiant alakazam and stuff so you are only taking knockouts on your turn and locking your opponent from attacking. Also why not use the older Blastoise with Deluge ability and Archie's premonition?
Maybe 1 Wartortle if you don't draw any Rare Candies
I would do Blastoise over Frosmoth because Deluge can attach to active.
