Frozen Maelstrom (REUSE GX)

With Exegcute, Roxie should replace Research. 4 Battle Compressor also feels extreme, though it is very helpful. A Hisuian Heavy Ball could help in case an Exegcute or Dedenne GX is prized. Overall looks really fun, although you might want to work a bit on the energy acceleration.

ye just like u said, compressor is really helpful since many parts of the deck work significantly better with exeggcute, or just basically not work at all.

for acceleration, honestly imma add another patch and call it a day, anything else I feel would make it too inconsistent.

Unironically, this archetype may actually have decent competitive potential. Around low A tier maybe. Just needs some tweaking, although I'm not sure what exactly.

Some first glance suggestions:

Cut Irida. MUCH too slow for this deck.

Echoing Horn (Chilling Reign) could help greatly, or perhaps Captivating Poké Puff (Steam Siege) or Accompanying Flute (Twilight Masquerade). Something to fill the opponent's bench if they don't choose to.

Tangent is right about needing better acceleration. Patch is ok ig but not great. Currently your only way to get DCE is to draw it and that's not crazy consistent. 

I'm gonna have to disagree with Tangent about hisuian heavy though. If a exeggcute gets prized, so what? only MandL need that many discards. It will barely affect your gameplay since most of your discard costs are 1 or 2 and in one case 3. For dedenne, even if you do prize it, your purpose for including it is consistency, and if you're consistent enough to draw a hisuian heavy, at that point you might as well add another supporting pokemon.

There are probably more you could do, but I'll look into this deck a bit more later and tell you what I think. Hope this helps.
