What made you think to pair Maushold with Chien-Pao? They don't work together. You NEED Radiant Greninja. Level Ball also doesn't work. You need a better setup, possibly with a draw engine like Bibarel. Reversal Energy is a no-no in Chien-Pao, and 4 Super Rod is over the top. I get away with 1 Super Rod in Chien-Pao, but if you really like it you can run 2. Squawkabilly doesn't work in Chien-Pao, and neither does Professor's Resarch. You also need 4 Irida. Also Level Ball isn't rotation proof lol. This deck needs a lot of workshopping. I have a few takes on a post-rotation Chien-Pao deck you can look at. It's hard to build a deck from scratch. I suggest mainly just to look at other decks, see what works, and then figure out how to make it rotation proof. If you want more help, feel free to ping me.
