Building a deck for a Venusaur fan sticking within standard play (pre-S&V).

Building on the Loopy Lasso ability which adds 2 Special conditions, Radiant Venusaus can attack with 3 special conditions. Burning Scarf adds a Burn.

Salazzle can be powered up by Venusaur and Scarf setting conditions to do up to 270 damage for a twin energy attachment.

Salandit can help search out benched Pokemon early game.

Nothing super complex, and it won't compete with meta, but it can be good for learning strategies
