Deck Primer

This is a normal Fusion Strike Mew deck. The mechanics are familiar: put as many Fusion Strike Pokemon on the field and draw new cards with Genesect. Bring Genesect's attack or Meloetta's attack with MewVMax. If necessary, you can also just discard cards with the two different Pokeballs. The key differences to the standard version (until rotation in 2024) are the double colorless energies and the valley. The Colorless Energies have no attack disadvantage unlike the Double Turbo Energies, and Dimensional Valley helps you avoid having to play just one Energy. It's a good idea if you play two MewVMax alternately and have a MewV in preparation on the bench and a VMax card in your hand. Then you can shuffle a Wounded Mew back into your deck and quickly evolve a new one without the risk of losing a three-pricer.
