Since I have not seen much people cover this fun deck, I have decided to take my own take for Future Hands! Also, feel free to scroll all the way to the bottom of the description for the Summary if you don't want to read the rest of the description.

Since I have not seen much people cover this fun deck, I have decided to take my own take for Future Hands! Also, feel free to scroll all the way to the bottom of the description for the Summary if you don't want to read the rest of the description.

Strategy: First of all, as you know, Future Hands is a Turbo Deck, so with that common knowledge, you should ALWAYS try and go Second with this deck. You want to set up your Iron Hands ex ASAP to start dealing high damage with Arm Press or Amp You Very Much. Anyways, during your First Turn, you should try and get out the following Pokémon:

- 2-3 Iron Crown ex

- 1 Iron Hands ex

- 1 Miraidon (Completely Optional, but does help set up your Hands).

- Iron Thorns ex (Only needed if you need to shut off Rulebox Pokémon's Abilities in the Early Game, but Thorns is more useful in the Mid-Lategame against decks like Gardy).

- Squawkabilly ex (Pulling off a Squawk and Sieze is huge as you get yourself another hand, but you don't always need to).

- Any other Pokémon of your choice.

Anyways, I will now be moving onto Pokémon Explanations.

Pokémon Explanations:

Iron Crown ex is your source to dealing much higher damage with Iron Hands ex and other Future Pokémon, it raises all your Future Pokémon's damage by 20, excluding any other Iron Crown ex and it STACKS which can be insane when set up properly. An example, is if you have all 4 Crowns in play and FBEC attached to Hands, Arm Press would do about 260 Damage and Amp You Very Much would deal about 220 Damage, do note that this is excluding Resistance and Weakness. Though, you will most likely never get all 4 on the field.

Iron Hands ex is your Primary Attacker as your goal is to deal high damage to get easy KO's with Amp You Very Much to even work on Big Basic's, though you do struggle against Stage 1-2 Decks sometimes.

Iron Thorns ex helps as a backup Attacker and can shut off all Rulebox Pokémon's Abilities excluding Future Pokémon, this especially helps against Gardevoir ex, being one of the best decks.

Lillie's Clefairy ex is a must in this deck as you need a way to deal with Dragapult ex, sure Gravity Mountain is in this deck along with FBEC and Iron Crown ex, but you won't always have them and you need a consistent way on KOing Pult, this also helps take advantage of the 1 Psychic Energy in this deck.

Bloodmoon Ursaluna ex helps as an Endgame Attacker to help you take the last remaining Prize Cards, this is especially helpful when your Opponent has 1-2 Prize Cards left so it's either One Energy or Free to Attack with.

Iron Bundle provides Early/Lategame Gust as it can be used to bring up their only Benched Pokémon into the Active Spot that they wouldn't want in the Active.

Miraidon (TEF) is one of your main Energy Accelerators to your Iron Hands ex besides the sometimes inconsistent Electric Generator and can help set up your Hands to Attack for your next turn, Miraidon also helps as a Single Prize Attacker when needed.

Mew ex provides a Pivot despite FBEC in the deck and decent Draw Support with Restart.

This concludes the Pokémon Explanations, so I will now be moving onto the Trainer Cards Explanations.

T.C. Explanations: (T.C. is short for Trainer Cards)

Arven helps you find your Item Cards and Tool Cards. Professor's Research helps draw 7 new Cards to refresh your hand for a new one and discards your current hand in exchange. Judge provides Disruption, typically better for the Early Game. Boss's Orders is your main source of Gusting. Techno Radar helps find your Future Pokémon. Nest Ball helps find your other Basic Pokémon. Counter Catcher helps you gust up one of your Opponent's Pokémon when you're behind on Prize Cards. Secret Box, the ACE SPEC of choice, provides this deck a great way to find yourself a Trainer Cards, Supporter Card, Tool Card, and a Stadium Card, though Future Hands decks usually run Primary Catcher which definitely provides better Gust, but I've found Secret Box to be the best in my testing. Electric Generator helps accelerate your Lightning Energy to your Benched Lightning/Electric Pokémon, though you do have to be lucky for this.

Night Stretcher and Super Rod provide recovery options for your Pokémon and Basic Energies. Earthen Vessel helps find your Energies a bit easier if you can't accelerate them from Miraidon or if it's needed for Clef or for other scenarios. Town Store helps search for your Tool Cards and Gravity Mountain helps against Stage Two decks. FBEC buffs your Future Pokémon by giving them Free Retreat and allowing them to deal 20 more damage. Bravery Charm makes one of your Pokémon tankier and Heavy Baton keeps your Basic Energy in play if you attached it to an Active Hands or Thorns and upon them being KO'd, you can attach up to 3 Energy to your Benched Pokémon in any way you like.

This concludes the Trainer Card Explanations and the rest of the strategy section, so feel free to make any changes, ask almost any question, or to leave any suggestions!

CTCThe cards that I'd recommend to add into this deck as an alternative for you to try out or try to fit your preferences will be sorted into a list with a brief description for every card. If there any cards here or from your own thoughts/ideas that you'd wish to add into this deck, cut out any cards that you don't find too useful. With this being stated, here is the list:

Pokémon:

- 1 Miraidon ex (TEF, Dragon Type) - Gives you another Attacker and can also take advantage of the Psychic Energy, downside of this is the Attacks not being too great and it's weakened by Lillie's Clefairy ex like to the Baby/Single Prize Miraidon (TEF).

- 2nd Iron Thorns ex - Provides further consistency.

- 1 Fezandipiti ex - Self-Explanatory.

- 2nd Iron Bundle - I've seen people for some reason run 2 Bundle's for further gust, so if you want more gust I guess you could add this in.

Trainer Cards:

- 4th Professor's Research - Better consistency.

- 4th Boss's Orders - Even more Gust.

- 2 Iono - Alternative to Judge.

- 2nd Night Stretcher - Provides even more recovery options.

- 1-2 Pokégears - Helps find your Supporter Cards.

- Prime Catcher - Provides the best gusting option and an alternative ACE SPEC of choice.

- 2nd Town Store - Alternative to Gravity Mountain.

- 4th FBEC - Self-Explanatory.

Energies:

- 2-4 more Lightning/Electric Energies - Makes hitting it big with Electric Generators a bit easier.

- 2nd Psychic Energy - Provides better consistency at attacking with Clef or Miraidon, but I could not find space for it.

This concludes the CTC (Cards to Consider) section, feel free to do whatever you want with this deck and any of my previous decks.

Basic Matchups: I have not used this Section for quite some time, as I have been planning a way to tweak it, so it'll just provide some knowledge on how to handle against Meta decks.

Dragapult ex: This deck is one of the biggest threats to you no matter what build of Pult it is, which is why you need to try and get Lillie's Clefairy ex into play to then Attack with one of your Psychic Pokémon, Mew ex would probably be the easiest to attack with since it requires 3 Colorless Energy so any Energy worked to use Genome Hacking as you may prize the 1 Psychic Energy at times. Though, if you do have the Psychic Energy, Clef is the easiest to attack with. The Dusknoir Build can easily KO your Miraidon when it's on the Bench, but overall, Pult already threatens many Big Basic decks. Gravity Mountain can help make it easier to KO Pult by lowering its HP by 30. Despite that, Hands can easily deal with their Single Prize Pokémon like Hawlucha, Budew, and Munkidori.

Gardevoir ex: This matchup should be quite favorable for you if you go second as you can set up your Hands to sweep through Gardy's Single Prize Attackers, though Iron Thorns ex does help if they have Gardy established so they cannot use their discarded Energies, you could slowly win with Thorns as well. Gravity Mountain makes Gardy easier to KO as well.

Marnie's Grimmsnarl ex & Froslass: There's not much you could really do against Marnie's Grimmsnarl ex & Froslass unless you manage to set up Hands to Amp their Pokémon before they evolve. Though, I guess if you put Gravity Mountain in play when they have about 30 Damage Counters from their Froslass, you could put Gravity Mountain into play to make their HP go to 260 and if you somehow have all 4 Crowns in play and an FBEC attached to an Iron Hands ex, you could OHKO Grimmsnarl but you could just gust up their single prizers and amp then. Though, you could theoretically add in Iron Leaves ex and a few Grass Energies to use against that and other darkness decks, but it just makes the deck more inconsistent.

Gholdengo ex: Try and OHKO their Single Prize Pokémon with Hands's Amp You Very Much to take 2 Prize Cards off of them. Though, due to how fast they can set up, you'd most likely 2 hit KO Gholdengo ex most of the time so have a backup Attacker prepared.

Raging Bolt ex & TM Ogerpon: Lillie's Clefairy ex is one of your biggest strengths against this deck, but you can still OHKO Raging Bolt ex with Iron Hands ex eventually, though they can still set up quickly as well. Noctowl is essentially a free Amp for 2 Prize Cards, same for Fan Rotom.

Charizard ex: This deck is probably one of your biggest threats as well as Zard can quickly rack up damage for Burning Darkness, as the moment they attach Maximum Belt, they can just OHKO almost every Pokémon in this deck, and if they run Dusknoir, they can force you to take a Prize Card to further their damage. You'd only be able to 2 hit KO Zard, unless you have a Grass Pokémon, but there's not really a good way to add that into this deck, which is why Future Box is probably a bit better than this deck.

Joltik Box: This depends on who takes the First Two Prize Cards as that usually decides who'd win the game. You're both Turbo Decks so you need to go second instead of them to properly set up. Hands should still be used to Arm Press OHKO their Big Basics after you establish enough damage modifiers to do so, but you could try and Amp their Joltik/Galvantula as well.

Those are all the decks I'll be explaining, yes there are many decks and variants, so I apologize for not covering those.

Summary

(I somehow forgot to use this section even though it's extremely helpful since I typically make long descriptions, sorry about that).

Try and bench as many Iron Crown ex's as possible and attach you FBEC's primarily to your Iron Hands ex to deal higher damage with both of your Attacks. Miraidon (TEF) and Electric Generator are both your main sources of Energy Acceleration. Earthen Vessel helps as a back up to attach an extra Energy to Hands in order to attack with Amp, to use Miraidon's Attack or to use Clef. Bundle, Boss's Orders, and Counter Catcher are all your main gusting resources. Iron Thorns ex, BM Ursaluna ex, Lillie's Clefairy ex, Miraidon, and Iron Crown ex can all be used as backup Attackers. Iron Thorns ex helps against Rulebox decks with Abilities which is notably the most helpful against Gardevoir ex.

This is the end of the Summary, so I hope you all found this description helpful, and I did find time to release this deck with this much descriptive details somehow. Anyways, I hope you all have a great day!

I know that I stated that I wouldn't upload decks as often which is still true, but I have found time to post this deck that I've been working on for a while. Also, the Basic Matchups section will be finished soon (probably tomorrow, but don't take my word for it). Anyways, I hope you all have a good day!

The description has been finished! I apologize for not having many decks in the Basic Matchups category thoug.

How do u come up with all this information 🥀

LimeLemon avatar

danielruxinj1 It's just explaining what the cards do and why they're in this deck, though the CTC section is used to show additional cards they can add into this deck by removing cards of their choice. Though, the beginning section explaining what Pokémon to get out or whether to go first or second is from the testing I do with my decks and depending on what type of deck it is. The same thing applies for the Basic Matchups section as well. I hope this can help!
