This is so goofy, and actually ahs plenty of room. You might want to run a Big Parasol, just to give you more of a Toolbox.

Unfortunately Evolution TM doesn't work as you said because it falls off at the end of your turn anyway, honestly a deck I'm gonna try myself though I think it could be insane

Unfortunately evolution TM doesn't work as you say it does with Shopping Centre as TMs fall off at the end of your turn. You could try swapping the shopping centres for 2 Paths (obviously) or 2 Town Stores (extra Consistency and then 1-3 Professor Turos Scenario to reuse the Wug
