My take on Garchomp ex (Paradox Rift). With Miraidon ex (Scarlet & Violet) and Giratina VSTAR (Lost Origin)  decks running rampant. I wanted to build a non meta deck that would stand up to them as an answer.

Strategy against Miraidon ex (Obsidian Flames) decks, don't get Garchomp ex (Paradox Rift) into play unless needed to snipe the bench.

Enter Glimmora ex (Obsidian Flames) decent HP, attack cost of 2 Basic Fighting Energy (Scarlet & Violet Energies) disrupts bench, can self evolve

Strategy against Miraidon ex (Obsidian Flames) decks, don't get Garchomp ex (Paradox Rift) into play unless needed to snipe the bench.

Enter Glimmora ex (Obsidian Flames) decent HP, attack cost of 2 Basic Fighting Energy (Scarlet & Violet Energies) disrupts bench, can self evolve and can hit for 280 applying weakness. Keep another Glimmora ex (Obsidian Flames)  ready, as the first one is going to get 1HKO by Raichu V (Brilliant Stars).

Strategy against Giratina VSTAR (Lost Origin) decks.

Get at least 2 Garchomp ex (Paradox Rift) into play as early as possible, have at least 3 energies in the discard pile ready by the time they can use Mirage Gate (Lost Origin), bench Jirachi (Paradox Rift) and Manaphy (Brilliant Stars) so they can't use Radiant Greninja (Astral Radiance) or Sableye (Lost Origin) and are forced to attack with Giratina VSTAR (Lost Origin).

Load up energies into Mew ex (151) and use gnome hacking to copy lost impact and take a 1HKO, they can only 1HKO 1 Garchomp ex (Paradox Rift) using Star Requiem and you can use Cheryl (Battle Styles) to heal any other Garchomp ex (Paradox Rift) in play.

If anyone is wondering why i went with Ting-Lu (Paradox Rift)  and not Groudon (Paradox Rift). Groudon 130HP can be amp you very muched by Iron Hands ex (Paradox Rift) with zapdos to take 2 prizes and you have to discard all the energy to hit 240 and then get stuck in active without retreat compared to Ting-Lu (Paradox Rift) which can't be amp you very muched with 140HP and can keep attacking without getting stuck in active if your opponent can't take KO on it.

I like this, one change I would make is to play Th e refinement engine to get energy in the discard, and then you could evolve into gallade instead of bibarel but that's personal preference. You might consider cutting 1 switch for one escape rope too.
