Garchomp Ex deck with Hisuian Decidueye Vstar. The Decidueys help out against block lax as close quarter shooting hits through Mimikyu. With Grant can also hit 280 to take out Vstars as well. Also used in Zard matchup since canot get one hit KO'D early game. Terrakion more for the Moon and Gardevoir matchups due to invincibility gained from take. Vitality band so Chomp can two hit KO Zard.

Rock Chestplate is pointless. Bibarel line is a little weak. You could try Revaroom instead. 4 Irida is too many. Try 2-3 instead. Superior Energy Retrieval is also not great. I'd use one Energy Retrieval and 1-2 Super Rod.
