Gonna give this one a try because it definitely seems fun! Would recommend swapping out the Bibarell line for Revaroom (SVI 142). You're already looking to send energy to your discard, Revaroom facilitates this like Greninja while also giving more maximum draw than Bibarell.
Level ball isn't doing a ton here, only grabbing up to 9 possible cards. Drop them for more VIP, getting up to 11. Would also recommend changing Riolu/Lucario to 2-2 and bumping Terakion and Groudon up to 2 each, ensuring your late game options are still viable.
Sub 1 boss for counter catcher since this deck wants to use single prize late game. Cut Iridia since you can find Garchomp with ultra ball, better to have Gutsy Pickaxe for easier energy acceleration and draw. Cheryl is better off at 1, so you can tech in something like Raihan, another Professor, or another Boss.
