This is the standard 2024 version of Garchomp ex. Try to evolve Garchomp using the candy as quickly as you can. Use the balls and Irida to do this. Also try to get as much energy into the discard as possible. The vessel should also be the best way to waste energy. Your secondary attackers are then Lucario, Arcanine and Groudon, which you charge with Garchomp ex first attack.

I don't like how you put an energy search in there, maybe swap it with a Counter Catcher (Paradox Rift) ?

You gave a tought about forest seal stone? Maybe some more stadium, against path and pidgeot ex is more consistent I think than bibarel line, as you already have rare candies in your deck, then maybe add a gabite? (against devolution tech. machine).
