I've been Labing Garchomp ex since it came out. I have a soft spot for fighting and with the rotation of Urshifu right around the corner (so sad). I need that fighting itch fulfilled. Garchomp w/ the Groundon Lucario and even Terrakion just wasnt doing it for me. It needed too much energy and the only one that can get itself energy is Lucario. Having to rare candy to get Garchomp, it is hard to get a bunch of energy in the discard pile, also it only gets 3 at a time. If the player knows the Groundon

If the player knows the Groundon could ohko something they will just get rid of it and now u are just hitting small number with Garchomp which is not ideal. But Alolan Vulpix fixed all my problems... What are some of the BDIF? Ability based attackers. Charizard,Chein Pao,Miraidon, SableZard. Your stuggles will come with getting started ofc you are a rare candy deck. Roaring Moon, and Lost Tina is probably your worse match ups not just cause that they can ohko ur Garchomps with easy but more importantly... they have no abilities so the Alolan Vulpix is pretty useless. but u could get the Radiant Greninja somewhat going to maybe moonlight two 1 prizers but it is kinda of a auto lost unless they brick. But running this deck on the ladder u put alot of people into checkmates by them swinging into Garchomp. Cheryl the damage off and go into Lucario for an ohko or Alolan Vulpix makes them not be able to attack the next turn. Hope you enjoy the deck i surely do and coming up in the next set ill have a super spicy garchomp ex deck on the way!
