Unsure about Penny, since it cant be used for Garchomp, and also if used on Dogi it puts all those energy cards in your hand. We need the dark in-hand, but the fighting in discard.
Since Turo's Scenario puts the whole evo line into your hand, and discards the energy, that might be best. Could let you scoop garchomp to heal, and if you have a gible on bench and rare candy in hand, you could then heal and be ready to roll. Only need 1 energy to attack.
Scooping Dogi with Turo would deposit your energy into discard, letting a garchomp come up from bench and insta-pump another dogi.
Unfortunately, you couldn't move the dark energy between dogis with Energy Transfer because losing the dark energy would cause your HP to disappear, resulting in a knockout.
getting drilbur into hand is actually the hardest part right now. Nest ball puts him onto bench. Nest ball still has huge value for getting all other mons, though. Ultra ball is expensive to use on drillbur. Larry may be the best, as it guarantees a Drillbur and possible a 2nd mon.
In terms of handling energies, it may be better to ditch the super rod and go for basic energy retrieval. That would make Turo's Scenario much less risky. Also, instead of energy transfer if we do exp share on OkiDogis, then once we get just 1 darkness energy in play it lasts wayyyy longer. I feel like that will help a lot with maintaining consistency. You can have an endless train of powered up okidogis that way, swapping in garchomp between each one to attach and energize them, scooping garchomp with turo when he needs a heal.
