Garchomp V / EX

Deck is utilizing Garchomp's no retreat cost to combo both it's V and EX moves by discarding the fighting energy on Garchomp V for a nice 220 damage and giving it all back with Garchomp EX with the benefit of 160 damage

This deck can pop off with a turn 2 Garchomp EX putting the energy from the discard pile you discard with ultra balls or Radiant Greninja to deny pokemon V with high HP

Additionally you can chose to keep a Jirachi on the bench for Lost Box decks. You can

Additionally you can chose to keep a Jirachi on the bench for Lost Box decks. You can swap it with Spiritomb if you want to deal with Mew VMAX decks, however since it will be gone by rotation hits in March I suggest just sticking with Jirachi since it can get you energy if you want.

This deck is to hit hard and fast to snow ball and cycle through both card's high HP and decent damage output without filling you're bench so Avery's won't be a downside.

The Manaphy could be swapped with Jirachi since this deck primarily has basic pokemon and Garchomp EX has enough HP to tank a damage counter oriented deck.

Lucario is to deal with Mimikyu's but since Garchomp can put damage counters on any pokemon on the board, it's mainly if you're opponent has a Manaphy on the bench as well. And Lucario syngerizes extremely well with Garchomp given its option to discard all its energy to do more damage.

Hisuain Arcanine V is alright but you don't want to put all you eggs in one EX / V basket considering this deck can be shut down by a Mimikyu and Manaphy.

> Lumineon in that regard work's well if you want to use its ability more than once by charging it's attack with Garchomp EX.

The one dragon type Gible is to give some coverage against grass type damage.
