I really like Gardevoir. I like Mewtwo as well. Is that enough to build a viable deck on? Probably not, but here it is anyway. I've only played this deck a couple times and was met with moderate success, but I'd be happy to take any suggestions on how to improve it!

--Made some minor changes in search of consistency; I think it's at least a bit more viable now.
