Radiant Tsareena would be perfect for the deck I think. You can attach three energies with Gardevoir to three different Pokemon then heal that off. Feels better than Altaria to me

This may not fit your style, but consider adding one or two Kirlia (Chilling Reign). It can help get lots of Kirlia into play, but you do lose a Refinement.
