PacersFan You have the basic idea down, but this deck is a little behind on the meta, and will struggle to setup, as well as trade well (in prizes) against many different decks. Gardevoir ex recently got the major upgrade from Twilight Masquerade of Hyper Aroma (Twilight Masquerade)  and Munkidori (Twilight Masquerade) . The former is an Ace Spec, of which you can only have one of in your deck, and it allows you to search your deck for up to 3 stage 1 pokemon and put them into your hand. In this deck, it is an incredibly efficient way of grabbing your Kirlia. The latter is a pokemon with the ability Adrena-Brain, allowing you to move 3 damage counters from one of your pokemon to one of your opponent's if it has a darkness energy attached to it. This now eliminates the need for Luxurious Cape (Paradox Rift) (I'm aware you don't run it anymore) with the substitution of Bravery Charm (Paldea Evolved) preventing your opponent from taking 2 prizes on the return KO, and dealing additional damage in the process. I notice that you run a high number of energy, at 14, which is unnecessary because both Scream Tail (Paradox Rift) and Drifloon (Scarlet & Violet) require very little energy to be effective. You also have no way of accelerating water energy to Radiant Greninja (Astral Radiance), but you should put in dark energy instead for Munkidori (Twilight Masquerade). Current lists run 8 psychic and 2 dark, which I would recommend, but running more than 12 total is excessive. You also need a few tech cards, including Manaphy (Brilliant Stars), Flutter Mane (Temporal Forces), Professor Turo's Scenario (Paradox Rift), Cresselia (Lost Origin), and Temple of Sinnoh (Astral Radiance). These will improve your matchups across the board. Currently, this kind of deck will only run 2 Nest Ball (Scarlet & Violet) and 3 Ultra Ball (Scarlet & Violet), as you mostly want to setup your board with Buddy-Buddy Poffin (Temporal Forces). As far as supporters go, the forget the Jacq (Scarlet & Violet) and Professor's Research (SWSH Black Star Promos), you will find more value in Irida (Astral Radiance) to find your water pokemon. Many lists now don't run Rare Candy (Paldean Fates), but I see value in running at least one. Counter Catcher (Paradox Rift) is crucial in this deck as well, because you don't setup as fast as other decks. Hisuian Heavy Ball (Astral Radiance) is great for finding your basics that you may prize. Pal Pad (Scarlet & Violet) is great for bringing back your various supporters. Lastly, and most importantly, you need room for Earthen Vessel (Paradox Rift) which can find you the energy you need to discard for your deck to work, as well as find the darkness energy for Munkidori (Twilight Masquerade). Hope this helps!

MindTrickNick i made a new deck i was going to test it out, im still on a budget so i couldnt add everything and most the stuff im getting is from the gardivoir ex battle deck. thank you for the comment i will try the new deck

@pacersfan The whole deck can be made for $44, minus what is included in the battle deck. The majority of the cards I mentioned are available for pennies on the dollar, except Buddy-Buddy Poffin, Hyper Aroma, Earthen Vessel, and Irida which are worth a few bucks a piece. My point is these cards do not raise the price as much as Iron Hands ex and Charizard ex do. If you want to improve the performance of the deck significantly, these cards are a cheap way to do it, and you can beat a lot of top meta decks this way.
