Any reason the balloon (Drifloon) is on this build?

@Koudey It's an easy attacker to set up. There isn't really any reason to play it yet but the brave charm coming out in the next set will let it do 300 damage for 5 energy making it a better attacker than Gardevoir and Zacian.
