Xatu isn't really going to work in this deck because it relys so heavily on those damage counters being placed on your pokemon using Garde, so I would cut it. For that I would sub in 2 Munkidori's and 2 Dark energy, because it is insanely annoying to deal with as a Dragapult ex player. Additionally, I would cut the Cefable line because this deck does not need the free retreat when you could just put one energy on your pokemon and be able to retreat almost all of your pokemon. I would switch out that for rare candy and some drawing cards to make the deck faster and more consistent. Additionally, I would cut 1 Night Strecher because a Super Rod would probably do more nicely in that slot. I would also add an Ace Spec because they are overpowered and you literally cannot make a non-Ace Spec deck without missing on some juicy cards. I would personally use Grand Tree in its place because it just vibes with Garde.

Pretty nice deck but could be nicer with the screamtail that can snipe, maybe run a 3/3/2 or 3 gardevoir line and remove 1 candy for the scream tail

Thank you so much for uploading this deck i've been looking for rotation Garde for months and found this a month after its creation. It was a very "Bowl calling the cup cup toasted" situation (Welcome to the World of Pokémon Podcast referance).
