Strategy: Rotation came and took away the Refinement Kirlia's making Gardevoir ex a bit worse though, its replacement draw support is N's Zoroark which does the same thing as Refinement but the only downside is it gives up 2 Prizes when knocked out. Lillie's Clefairy ex helps Gardevoir ex fight against Dragapult ex and Raging Bolt ex. The ACE SPEC of choice, Secret Box, is pretty good as it allows you to search your deck for a Trainer, Supporter, a Tool, and Stadium Card and helps out in Gardevoir decks quite well but it can be replaced with Brilliant Blender if that's what you prefer. Professor's Research also helps ensure a good hand size and Iono helps for Hand Disruption. Budew helps item-lock your opponents earlier on, Mew ex is additional draw support and can also be used to copy a random attack if you want to for some reason. Klefki helps shut off Miraidon decks since it slows them down and is quite a tough matchup and can helps against other Basic Pokémon. Anyways, feel free to make changes or leave any suggestions!

Edits:

Edit #1: Removed Lillie's Pearl for a Switch. (As suggested by @nashrocks123)

Edit #2: Swapped Clefairy for Lillie's Clefairy ex.

Edit #3: Removed 2 Arvens's, TM: Evo, Switch, 1 copy of Earthen Vessel, Super Rod, 1 Nest Ball, and 1 Gardevoir ex. I replaced them with 1 Turo's Scenario, 2 more Night Stretchers, 1 Explorer's Guidance, 3 Professor's Research, and 1 Mew ex. I decided to make these changes as many Gardevoir decks as of now have been playing 2 copies of Gardevoir, and a Mew ex which had actually seemed to be helpful. Explorer's Guidance is also seen as a pretty common card in those so I tried it out and it was fun. Professor's Research was added for additional card draw and since it's more common in those decks now. 2 Night Stretchers felt odd so I made it up to 4 like other decks.

Edit #4: Adjusted the list quite a bit due to seeing Henry Chao's list (1st Place at Atlanta) using certain cards like N's Zoroark and Secret Box for the ACE SPEC. I made these changes not just for that reason but because it did pretty well in testing. The cards that were cut are as follows: Explorer's Guidanace, 1 Professor's Resesrch, 1 Buddy-Buddy Poffin, the 2-2 Revavroom Line, Brilliant Blender, and 1 Night Stretcher. They have been replaced with 1 Iono to bring the total to 4, 1 extra Vessel to bring it up to 2, 1 Nest Ball to also bring it up to 2, 2 Morty's Conviction, Secret Box, 2-2 Line of N's Zoroark, and 1 Super Rod.

Edit #5: Removed 1 N's Zorua, 2 Morty's Conviction, and Lively Stadium. They were replaced by 1 Klefki, 2nd Artazon, and 2 more Professor's Research.

Interesting list, I do like the addition of Lively Stadium instead of 2 Artazon's. Lillie's Clefairy ex is really gonna mess with the meta especially with this type of list.

Lewis chai Many Gardevoir ex Post-Rotation decks play Brilliant Blender as it discards Physic Energy so it's easier to get it into play with Gardevoir.

Love the look of this. Should tide me over until Mega Symphonia gives Gardy some more sauce in the summer. Going to build it proper and take to some locals later this month - though I might try squeezing a Flutter Mane in somehow.

LouWasHe Thank for your feedback! Also, if you want to add in a Flutter Mane I'd suggest removing either Iono or an Earthen Vessel or something else you seem least useful.

There is a lot to like here, but what happens if they Boss-stall your Revavroom? Seems like you would need some switch cards or Turo.

nashrocks13 Thank you for feedback! I do see what you mean so I will make those changes later today.

just wondering, what is the clefairy used for?

muffinlikeschips avatar

since it seems to be a counter to dragon types, would a haban berry also fit in?

LimeLemon avatar

muffinlikeschips This deck does counter Dragon Types but Haban Berry isn't really that needed as you can get rid of them pretty easily and either way the single prize Pokémon like Drifloon or Scream Tail would get One Shot due to the damage on them that allows them to do that high amount of damage so using Haban Berry wouldn't do much at all.
