cteatnut Do you mean why 3x or why S&V? The Kirlia (Silver Tempest) is F and will become illegal for standard in the next rotation (G and newer, starting soon). Kirlia (Silver Tempest) is definitely better than Kirlia (Paldean Fates) (or S&V), but can only be used in the expanded format then. If you mean why 3x, 2x would probably be enough but there are so few cards for this post-rotation deck at the moment that I just went with 3x for now.
