This is my Gardevoir Ex deck for the Black Bolt and White Flare format. It looks to disrupt your opponents with Jellicent ex, slowing them down while you deal damage, and you also gain an early game advantage with Cleffa, thanks to its draw to 7 attack. In harder matchups like Grimmsnarl ex, this deck looks to out-value them instead of damage and set up for the right time to blow them out of the game with a Devolution attack, or if you get an early enough aggro, you just start taking out Morgim's
