Cool idea, but it would be hard to get all the energies for raging bolt. Maybe add neo upper energy or luminous energies to help you get raging bolt ready faster
Neo Upper Energy (Temporal Forces) only works on stage 2 pokemon which raging bolt is not instead of adding luminous energies adding more basic electric and fighting would be better for consistency, but I feel like its not that bad as even if you got 2 prized you can still get knock outs with the rest of the deck it is not your only option for knock outs. I feel like Penny (Paldean Fates) could be a decent addition to not only recycle a raging bolt but also potentially an Ancient Booster Energy Capsule (Temporal Forces) attached to it considering 300 HP is a decent amount of HP to not get knocked out in one attack esp. with no weakness. I like the balance so far so I wouldn't be sure what to swap, but it could be a decent addition most likely would take the Professor Turo's Scenario (Paradox Rift) out for it because you rarely want to use turo on Gardevoir ex (Paldean Fates) and if an opponent boss it out it usually dies to the big hitting dark pokemon like charizard etc. anyways because of weakness.
