Made for a format where V and ex Battle Decks are upgraded and played against each other with the cover card (or its evolution) being the main attacker. Gardevoir V is a rather gimmicky deck as the only way I can get it to work is to use the VMAX and healing items to keep other mons from OHKO'ing them while you 2HKO them. The results are pretty mixed as it can struggle against other decks like Meowscarada ew while also able to deck itself out due to its aggresiveness , but it can shut out decks with low damage output like Miraidon ex (Lightning).

You use Arceus V to charge up a Gardevoir V before you evolve it with the VSTAR mainly just to grab a needed card. You use Rose to accelerate energy to be discarded by Hyper Potion and Suspicious Food Tin and to dump your hand of uneeded cards for Bibarel to refresh them. The deck has a lot of healing options with Hyper Potion (120), Suspicious Food Tin (80), Radiant Tsareena (20) and the VMAX's attack (50) so it can just tank against decks if you can draw into the right cards.
