Here is my take on Gardevoir ex. 

I decided to take more or less a box type of deck, focusing on attacking with single prizers instead of playing Zacian V like most builds do.

Here is my take on Gardevoir ex. 

I decided to take more or less a box type of deck, focusing on attacking with single prizers instead of playing Zacian V like most builds do.

Indeed, I have Espeon VMAX (Evolving Skies)  et Gardevoir ex (Scarlet & Violet) , but they are not really meant to attack. Gardevoir ex is obviously the main engine to attach the energy while Espeon Vmax is here to protect against Sableye and Giratina. The Leafy Camo Poncho (Silver Tempest)  Moon & Sun Badge (Evolving Skies) is essential for Espeon Vmax not to get boss. And while I say they are not meant to attack, it is still possible to use them to attack since they can easily take an hit. Espeon Vmax is especially useful against Miraidon ex (Scarlet & Violet) and Lugia since they both play high counts of energy.

And playing Cheryl (Battle Styles) makes them a lot more viable since you can simply tank an hit, then heal everything. Another thing that is nice with Cheryl is the fact that it discard all your energy. It happens sometimes that your opponent boss around you pokemon and you are stuck with Energy attached to the wrong Pokemon. Playing Cheryl will put everything back into your discard, redy to be attached again by Gardevoir ex!

Stronger attacker in the deck is obvisouly Gardevoir (Chilling Reign) , but I try not to use them too early in the game since they are really important as a draw engine too. This is where Drifloon (Scarlet & Violet) really shines. It can deal an easy 180 damage, well enough to 2HKO everything. Even if it doesn't KO things like Miraidon ex (Scarlet & Violet)  or Regieleki V (Silver Tempest) , you still hit them for most of their HP and you an finish the work later with a surprise Drifblim (Scarlet & Violet) .

Galarian Articuno (Evolving Skies) is a nice little tech to each something on the bench that you couldn't KO earlier too.

As for the Gardevoir line, I play 3 Refinement Kirla and one Mirage Step. Always try to use Mirage Step turn 2 to get a board full of Kirlia. If you don't manage to do it, it is still possible to use Jacq (Scarlet & Violet)  and Arezu (Lost Origin)  to get many evolution at once and evolve everything. In addition to the Gardevoir, I also play Gallade (Astral Radiance)  to help me get any supporter. Just be careful not to evolve too quickly early game as Refinement Kirlia is essential to discard your energy. Except for Gardevoir ex, Kirlia may stay as Kirlia must of the game, unless you need to attack with Gardevoir.

As for the supporter, nothing much to say except Cheryl that I mentionned earlier and Worker (Silver Tempest) that is nice to bumb a Path to the Peak (Chilling Reign) that block you gardevoir ex. Having the Gallade I mentionned previously is really helpful to get Worker. 

Finally, here are some additional thoughts about the deck:

- My stadium is Temple of Sinnoh (Astral Radiance) , but it is honestly not that useful. Mostly just there to use as a counter stadium. Don't hesitate if you have any other suggestion for a stadium. It is nice to have, but most of the games, I never use it.

- I don't play a Radiant Pokemon. I don't think it is a bad thing, but it coulb be useful. I wanted to keep the deck exclusively Psy and honestly, with Kirlia, Greninja is not really that useful, it just takes some bench space that culd be used for something else.

- I play 11 Energy Cards. I used to play 12. Could be more, could be less, but for the moment, 11 is fine.

- I play two Rare Candy (Pokémon GO)  too. Since I can play Mirage Step to get all Kirlias out, it is not impossible to end up with 4 Kirla, one Gardevoir and one Gallade thanks to the Rare Candy. Not a must, but nice to have
