Deck Primer

Another deck I built for a Trainer's Trial. This particular Trial banned all rares, so commons and uncommons only. 
It's easiely the dumbest deck ever, over half Water Energy. That makes setting up Hydro Splash really fast and consistant, and 180 is enough damage to knock out just about everything in the format. This deck won a shocking ammount of the games I played, only one deck played in the format really caused any issue.
