Just a generic mega Lucario deck that I used to climb to master ball rank. 
̶j̶u̶m̶b̶o̶ ̶i̶c̶e̶ ̶c̶r̶e̶a̶m̶ ̶i̶s̶ ̶l̶i̶k̶e̶ ̶k̶i̶n̶d̶a̶ ̶t̶h̶e̶r̶e̶ ̶f̶o̶r̶ ̶t̶h̶e̶ ̶f̶u̶n̶n̶i̶e̶s̶. i removed the ice cream, it bricked me 2 times back to back losing me games :D.
surge is very good and underrated with this deck because it speeds up the game for you. they usually take the prizes and if it goes off twice u just needa kill 2 ex's and they still have to kill the 2 megas or mega and basic. either way its
