This deck is maybe old school but it works really well (but roaring moon destroy this deck).

The idea is to play second to setup mew3 in the active, rowlet and exeggutor in the discard pile, and oddish on the bench.

We can use Perfection to get vileplume and control the rest of the game with eeveelution. We can also use the MGengarEx and the GiratinaEx to play offensive, ruin the opponent's discard pile with girafarig or stall with ogerpon...
