Cool to see that this is a CG deck (whether intentional or not! In order to make it fully work, just make the Ghastly a standard one.)

Now to actually critique the strategy here, you need to have a way to bring the target into the active every turn, as Meowscarada only can target benched Pokémon. There's also way too many energy cards in the deck, so you should limit yourself at 10-12 and use that room for more trainer cards.
