Bring up cofigrigus and use tools to make it has more Hp so you can use Gengar to move damage counters to one of your benched pokemon and then use its attack to deal damage to your opponent's pokemon and you can then use the other gengar to do 40 damage for each damage counter to knock them out if they have just a couple damage counters. Plus it heals your pokemon.

Nice! I love all the combos at work here. Consider Radiant Alakazam (Silver Tempest) if you want even more damage control.
