I have a few suggestions:

Old Cemetery (Chilling Reign) instead of egg incubator

Twin Energy (Rebel Clash) instead of DTE

Horror Psychic Energy (Rebel Clash) instead of Powerful Energy, because Powerful Energy only boosts the attack damage of Normal Type Pokémon, which this deck includes none of.

This deck looks cool! The only other thing is that you literally don't have a single Basic Energy card so Duraldon VMAX would annihilate it. So maybe put in a few of those instead of the other energy, although I'd hang on to some horror energy.

So first, do you still want to go with the Gengar & Inteleon line or do you really want to go for the 'put damage counter' gameplay? Because in my opinion that if you want to go for the gameplay, it is not quite optimal as you need to spread more damage.

The general overall plan seems to be place damage counters and then use Pain Burst.

I doubt a meme deck like this will run into Duraladon enough for it to matter- but you can run Canceling Cologne (Astral Radiance) to get around Dura.

If you aim for placing a damage counter, I think Mismagius from Silver Tempest will be more optimal and you can also utilize Mimikyu from Lost Origin as your 'Pain Burst' which is easier to set up and has way less deck space. You can also use Box of Disaster (Lost Origin) to increase the damage counter on the opponent's side.

I also think that you are using too much Agatha because single-prize Pokemon tend to be knocked in a single attack so it will be quite useless in this kind of deck. You better optimize on another drawing/gust supporter or you can go for more searcher (Balls, Fog Crystal (Chilling Reign), Evolution Incense (Sword & Shield), Level Ball (Battle Styles), etc.)

i cant see how to use Box of Disaster (Lost Origin) for i have dont any pokemon V in my deck

i have a pokemon V now (sylveon) to search for  Canceling Cologne (Astral Radiance)

sooo this deck runs on special energy which will get discarded by some pokemon's attacks sooooooooo energy

I think my deck is so weird now because:

1. There are more Pokémon's than trainers

2. There is not as meta cards
