A Gengar ex deck that centers around constant energy disruption as you slowly chip away at their HP, making use of Pidgeot's search to punish them with moving energy either to an unusable or much more frail pokemon with both Gengar's Tricky Steps paired with the Handheld Fan, or moving it to hand with Giovanni's Charisma to further burn them with Gnawing Curse if forced to attach from hand.

Side note: unless you can somehow force all electric energy onto a benched pokemon that has no use for it,
