Have you played this ive been trying to make a good gengar deck but so far it's been a bust

As a gengar fan, I always want to make the best gengar deck so that i can use it in the premier/master ball league, but i still think this deck still needs more improvements. But i think this is the best for me now
I want to create a decklist for ppl who loves gengar :)
