Inteleon works well with Gengar to get damage counters on anything!

Start with Battle VIP Pass to get Sobble and Gastly and Radiant Alakazam. Then rare candy up and use Shady Dealings to get trainers. Use Quick Shooting and Creep Show to obliterate your opponents! 

You can make it more rapid strike focused with Medicham V, Scroll of Swirls, and Rapid Strike Energy to use them, if you want.
