This is probably the most effective iteration of a Gengar deck. With Spell Tag and Radiant Alakazam, one Mismagius spread with Eerie Voice should be enough for the entire game and can be discarded later.

Start with Battle VIP Pass as always. Use Arven to get cards necessary to get a Mismagius ready and attacking ASAP. Try to go second. Dusk stone means Mismagius can happen on the first turn. Spell tag is also huge for the first Mismagius, as it finishes the spread. Then Rare Candy to Gengar and kick

If you have trouble with Pokémon with attacks that make them immune to effects of attacks, try teching in a Pokémon Ranger. I also need a draw engine other than praying off of my opponent's Iono or N.
