Since Gholdengo forces you to run a lot of evolutions, I'd recommend a full set of four ultra balls so you can find your evolutions fast.Professor's Research (Crown Zenith) andIono (Paldea Evolved) are also really good draw options, and while I know getting rid of your hand can hurt, these are still much better than drawing 3 cards with Avery or worker. Plus iono is good for shutting down your opponent in the late game.
My personal take is to add in two ultra balls, two professors, and one iono, then remove two workers and all three copies of Avery. One worker is still good for removingPath to the Peak (Chilling Reign) , but your opponent can use Avery to their advantage by discarding vulnerable or unnecessary Pokémon. But, that's just my opinion, so feel free to ignore any or all of these suggestions.
