Thats Iron Hands ex (Paradox Rift)   Amp you very much on a coin flip and 50% chance of turning all pokemon ex to Pokemon VMAX. and running 1-1 copy is really bad idea as one or the other piece is always hard to get. 

Stratgey: Always go first and try to setup couple of Gimmighoul (Surging Sparks) and Togepi (Obsidian Flames)  Scyther (151)  being optional incase your opponent runs Mimikyu (Paldea Evolved)  or Cornerstone Mask Ogerpon ex (Twilight Masquerade)   or if they have benched pokemon with lots of abilities like Terapagos ex (Stellar Crown) with Noctowl (Stellar Crown) .

Turn 2: use Irida (Astral Radiance)  to get Radiant Greninja (Astral Radiance) and Hyper Aroma (Twilight Masquerade) to get all your attacker evolution that includes Gholdengo ex (Paradox Rift)  and Scyther (151) and start drawing cards like a madman. Use Manaphy (Brilliant Stars) to protect your unevolved pokemon.

Fun fact: both Scizor (Obsidian Flames)  and Togekiss (Surging Sparks) can't be KOed by Dusknoir (Shrouded Fable)  Cursed Blast ability, so it's really hard to get rid of them once they are set up.

You have 10 energy in the deck, and Gholdengo ex (Paradox Rift) deals 50 damage for each of that energy minus 1 cost for the attack. Thats 450 damage for 9 energies, Plus 4 Superior Energy Retrieval (Paldea Evolved) means you get 16 total energies, which means you can deal 800 more damage. 

Couple of Canceling Cologne (Astral Radiance) if you face Iron Thorns ex (Twilight Masquerade) .

I recommend energy search pro build over hyper aroma build and recommend adding a Rotom V
