I know that the easier way of getting this sort of deck to work would be to use Frosmoth and have Surfing beach as a means of getting it in and out of the active for the ability, but i think Chandelure is much better. It doesn't have to be in the active to use its ability, and it has a 1 cost attack that hits for weakness against Crustle, and also has dmg that scales based off of handsize. Things to consider (in my opinion) would be going down 1 Team Rocket's Factor for Battle Cage, and to go down

**took out red cards, went down to 2 Team Rocket's Factor, went down to 3 snorunts. Added 1 Shaymin, 1 Psyduck, 1 Battle Cage, 1 additional Crushing Hammer. Also replaced Lt. Surge's Bargain for Tyme (regardless of their guess you benefit either way once board has been established).
