Deck Primer

Using Giovanni's Charisma to move energy back into your opponent's hand whilst accelerating energy to your pokemon. Minun and Plusle dealing damage when your opponent re attaches that energy.

Battle VIP Pass good for the first turn then food for earthen vessel, lost vacuum, ultra ball etc.

Pokemon are quite frail still might try and put in a Luxurious cape.

Let me know any suggestions you can think of, probably not a very viable deck.

Reversal energy might help you out

I really like the concept. But Rhydon is a pretty awful attacker, and Persian is an inefficient support mon.

Lost Origin Snorlax is a Basic that hits similar numbers without being locked to playing a specific supporter for turn, and Giovanni's Charisma allows you to accelerate therapeutic energy to it.

Similarly, Altaria from Evolving Skies will let you search out any supporter you want for the following turn (rather than just Giovanni with Persian). Buddy Catch Gallade is a Stage 2, but it would let you bring any supporter to hand, and lets you run the Kirlia engine for draw.

I am testing out a build with these adjustments and will post it and let you know when its ready.
